Computer Ticket Reward (UPDATED)
Here is an incentive reward that you can use in your classroom! The Computer Ticket Reward helps motivate students towards high achievement in behavior and academics.
I have used this ticket in my class as an incentive for maintaining strong work habits and completing class work carefully. The students use our "class money" to purchase the tickets.
The file is in PDF format and includes four tickets per sheet. You can add the number of minutes you are willing to provide.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I am entering my nineteenth year as a teacher in Westfield, New Jersey. During this time I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. This year I will be teaching 3rd grade (looping with 14 of my second graders from last year). My goal has been to encourage my students to become independent and creative thinkers. I am always humbled by what my students remember and the projects that have made an impact on their learning.
