Some of my students needed something to relate conjugating a verb in the target language with to something of their own. I gave them one example, and then for practice and homework, had them come up with a way to remember their projects on their own. Also buy the accompanying PowerPoint of graphics that go along with this scripted lesson. For those teachers not in a foreign language classroom you might be able to adapt this to something in your content area and I used this in a introductory course, I could see this being used beyond just a high school classroom.
