The download includes a 10 question quiz (which could be used before or after the lesson), along with a three page handout on the history of the constitution and Bill of Rights, along with a list of the amendments.
I'm sure your students will enjoy these handouts... they contain great information and fun clipart to draw their attention to the page.
I used this with my 7th graders, but I think as is it would work for higher levels. With some modification I believe it would also fit some elementary grades.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I am a highly certified language arts and social studies teacher, and have taught in California, Kansas, and currently North Carolina. I received a BS in secondary English education, and have worked as a language arts teacher in three schools, improving writing test scores by 30% in one year! I have taken additional course work and exams to be highly qualified in secondary social studies as well, a subject I have fallen in love with as a teacher!
