This template allows students to record new vocabulary words based on the context clues in the text. They identify the word, part of speech, their definition (based on context clues), and the dictionary defintion. The template is formatted into a table and helps the students record this information in an organized way. This can be a continuous activity, used with several different novels throughout the year.
