Here's a throw-back to the fortune tellers we all grew up with. Now known as Cootie Catchers, teachers can now use them for educational purposes while still having fun! Just follow the directions on the last page to make the Cootie Catcher. This catcher has the students practicing suffixes. There are two catchers included with this item. The first studies the suffixes -ness & -ly. The second works on the suffixes -less & -ful. For added fun, let your students color the catcher before cutting out. Check out my other catchers! Thanks for looking! Stacy Mickelson
My kids will have so much fun with them...as soon as they show me how these work. I never did master making these things! Thanks for sharing such a neat idea:)

I meant to type the word quietly and quickly instead of quieter and quicker ...sorry
I have been teaching for 10 years. I taught 3 of those years in the Chicago area. I am now teaching in the very school that I attended as an elementary and high school student. It is exciting to be teaching the children of old classmates!
