I've created a series of cards for sequence counting. Each card contains a picture of a movement; have students do the movement as they count the numbers (this helps with memorization). Print these cards and paste/laminate them onto colored paper (a different color for each set of cards). For example, I printed mine in rainbow order to help with organization (2's on red, 3's on orange, etc)
Have students sequence count a few times a day, until numbers are memorized. Students should ONLY move on to the next set of numbers
AFTER the current set has been completely memorized. When all sets have been successfully memorized, students will have a great understanding of our number system and can successfully participate in basic operations and beyond.
Counting by 2's - 12's available
