This freebie is perfect for any preschool or early elementary school Halloween unit. It is designed as an independent center activity, but it could be done with a partner. The student(s) draw a number card and then count out the corresponding number of ghostss to place on the picture board.
This activity reviews numbers, number words, and counting to fifteen. It can be easily differentiated by limiting the number cards to include only specific numbers or 0-15 can be used for a more challenging activity.
