This 100 Points Country Assignment allows for differentiation by giving students over 25 different ways to amass 100 points while researching a particular country. The file includes a student information sheet, 3 pages of activity choices, a student organizer, parent letter explaining the multi-cultural feast, and a rubric for evaluation. I just used this assignment with a homeschool co-op I'm leading. I have 11 kids, grades 5th-9th who just completed this and what they did was awesome! They are very, very proud of their boards that they put all their information on and we spent nearly 3 hours sharing the food they prepared and the information they learned about their countries. We did this for South America and may use it again for other continents. Thank you!
