This is the course handbook I pass out to students on the first day of my Algebra II class, although it could be used for almost any math class. You probably won't want to use what I have word for word, but I am sure you will pick up a few ideas for your own classroom.

First impressions are very important. This document shows my students immediately that I am organized and that I mean business. It also helps them feel at ease because they learn very quickly exactly what is expected in my class.
