Go to this web site and look at the actual SCSU application. DO NOT print the form, only use it as a guide as to what should be included. Create a similar document of at least 2 full pages but no more than 3 for application to a fictional University. This will be a Template that can be typed into when opened with a computer. We live near SCSU which is why I chose that school, any school can be used. The activity is self guided.
