This 14 slide PowerPoint presentation serves as a useful overview of Asperger's Syndrome.
I use this to help students understand the main character, Christopher, in the novel "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime".
The presentation discusses the symptoms, when they manifest, strengths and difficulties that a person with Asperger's deals with.
Christopher can be a difficult character for students to identify with, but when students have an understanding of Asperger's Syndrome they tend to have a greater grasp of his motivations.
