As stated in the Terms of Use, these borders are approved for use with digital creations for resale on sites like Teachers Pay Teachers. Directions for how to use these borders in your digital creations are listed on the Product Instructions Page.

I previously read that you use a mouse pen/pad on ppt to create borders. I was wondering if you can tell me where I would go to get more information on using this feature as I'm interested in teaching myself how to make my own border to fit my needs. I thought I was tech savvy until this obstacle :-) I have an ipad too if that would be helpful.
Sure...the mouse pen I have is made by Wacom. They have many varieties, mine can with a small-ish tablet. You can also make borders in art and design apps, like Harmonious and Art Studio.
