Help
Assign this for extended homework/research. Give them a couple of weeks to find an article. Have a current events day for required work, for make-up work, for bonus points, for cooperative learning, or for extended research. It makes for a fun and interesting day when the students bring in articles!
Check online vendors for School Skills 101, College Skills 101, TEEN 101, and Secondary Teaching 101.

Thank you! I teach preservice teachers now, but I loved Current Event day when I taught teenagers. It always amazed me what they taught each other and me. :)
