I created this custom Grade Book form when I grew frustrated with the commercially produced Grade Books on the market. Writing and rewriting student names on every page became such a CHORE, and the names didn't always fit perfectly. Also, the boxes for the assignment and the grades were always so teeny tiny that my bubbly handwriting never fit. Now I open up this template, save it with my class name, type in my students' names, and photocopy as many copies as I need, front to back. I never have to write my students' names in the grade book every again. Whoo hoo!
'Twas the night before school and I needed a gradebook!
Nothing quite fit so to Teachers Pay Teachers I went!
Okay...so my rhyming stinks tonight but thank you for sharing this with us!
It's exactly what I was looking for!

Jill,
HI!
I saw a set that you had on Teacherspayteachers at one time which included this grade book page. It outlined your planning book ideas. I am curious to know if you still have this available perhaps for purchase. It looks like something I could use to get me more organized. When I go the TPT site it just says that the page can't be found. I appreciate anything you can share with me.
Carol, I wonder if maybe you saw it in someone else's TpT store. I've only ever had this as a stand alone freebie here. You can search "Plan Books" on TpT and maybe you'll find what you're looking for. I'm sorry. :(
