I created this two-page weekly planner on Microsoft Word, which is easily modified by simply clicking on the times/titles and changing the words/numbers. By printing out the two pages and hole punching them so that they can be put in a binder with both pages facing each other, you can pencil in details for the week (lessons, details, notes, meetings, reminders). You could also type them in and print them or simply view them from your computer. I shared this with a few teachers in my building, and they save the document in a folder on their computer, creating and saving week by week plans to be easily modified for years to come.

Help
I have had experience in K-5 grade, but have taught 5th grade for two years. I am teaching at an alternative/magnet program where we provide an electives program for 1st through 5th grade, and because of this, I teach classes with all grades mixed together in the afternoons.
