The tutoring flyer is a powerpoint document- you should be able to change/edit any of the text once you have downloaded it from the tpt site.

I am interested in your tutoring flyer. If I want to omit the bottom part(I don't want it sectioned off), can I erase that from the finished product? I am going to put the entire flyer in someone's mailbox. Thank you for your time! Suzanne

Yes, the document is in a powerpoint presentation. All you would have to do would be to delete those boxes on the bottom on the page.
