Thank you for your question! I have verified that the document is working on my end, sooooo.... here's what you can do. First of all, try downloading it one more time. If that does not work, go to to your purchases page. At the top, there is a bright yellow box with more directions on what to do when something is not working. That should fix the problem and if it doesn't, please let me know so we can get the product to you. I want you to use it because it is a great tool for the classroom. My students love it.
