Smart Puppy Learning (TpT Seller)
Hi Kate,
Well, they are something new I am adding to my room this year, so I don't know how well it will work. My plan though is to have the students names on the board and to have them put their choice by their name. The hope is that it will provide a quick check for a sub or myself as to where students should be while simultaneously giving them the opportunity to mark their choice and give them some ownership in the process. We will see how it works. :-)

I have been a teacher for the past nine years. In that time I have had opportunities to teach at two different campuses in a school district near Fort Worth, Texas. In the time, I have taught kindergarten, first, second and fourth grade. I have my Bachelors in Elementary Education and my Master's in Educational Administration. I am currently working on my dissertation to finish my PhD in Curriculum and Instruction.
