The packet includes...
13 weeks of reading responses from Monday-Thursday (52 prompts total)
10 monthly reading logs
***By mixing and matching the daily responses, you can create over 50 different weekly combinations to last the ENTIRE year. You will also receive a notification for a FREE upgrade if I create more responses for my students this school year. These responses support the Common Core ELA standards.

Thank you for bringing this up to my attention. I will look at the entire document and make changes this weekend. An update notice will be sent to all buyers. Thanks again for your help. Much appreciation. =)
I have been looking for something to replace my reading log where they parents just sign everynight. I feel this will hold my students more accountable for their reading.

Are all of the log questions designed to be answered using a fiction text? Are their some response questions that are nonfiction specific?
Hi. Some of the questions can be used for nonfiction text. However, the majority of the prompts are for fiction text. I'm currently working on adding more log questions to support Costa's levels of thinking and questioning. Hope this helps.
