I cannot open it because of parts of the forms are missing. The program will not allow me to open it. I was so looking forward in using this program. Help!
I'm so sorry you're having difficulty opening the resource. I've not had any trouble with others downloading and I've sold 100's of these. It might be your version of Adobe. Check the version of Adobe that you are using to open it and try downloading the newest version. If you still have trouble, place a ticket with TpT and they will assist you.
Actually I have the block boxes too. I am pretty tech savy and this is not my computer. Could you send them to me via email? My address is ackermantandk@comcast.net. I would like to use them this year. Thanks,
Tanya
Heidi I bought it June 9. I believe my buyer's name is Tanya Ackerman. I am really looking forward to using this !
Hi Heidi,
Thanks for following up. These are the pages that have a black box of some size on them: 5-9, 22-27, 29-32, 34-35, and 37-38.
I am opening in Adobe Reader X, the most current version.
Thanks,
Donna LeBlanc
I'm sorry you were disappointed with the product, I could not respond to your concerns because I was out of town with my family. I'm sorry to hear you are having issues opening the file. Are you using a zip program to unzip it and then a pdf or Adobe to open the file? Also, I would like to address your concerns about it being for 5th grade. The grade level for the product is listed in the title and only for 5th grade on grade levels. Which pages have black boxes on them? I'd be happy to send you another file or the pages that have the black boxes on them if you give me your email address. Most of my documents are in a secured PDF file because they are originals and I've put a lot of time into them. I've sold hundreds of this product without any problems from other buyers, and they've been very satisfied. I'm willing to help you solve the problem, but if it's a laptop problem as you think it might be, then there isn't much I can do. Please let me know how I can help you. Sincerely, Heidi
A can't wait to use this. I recently started to keep more organized portfolios for each of my students. Now I can incorporate mine with this and have a really comprehensive record for each student.
