Hi, Mary! I would report it as a bug to TpT! It appears to be working for everyone else... myself included. :) Maybe something goofy happened with the website when it was downloading. You can report it by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking "Report Bugs".

I always have the kids use yellow three-pronged folders for their Data Folders. I three-hole-punch every page so that they can go on the prongs. Any additional work samples are kept in the pockets leading up to Student Led Conferences. It's nothing too fancy, but it works well! :)
