Data Folders allow students to set goals, monitor progress, and practice graphing skills for an authentic purpose. Additionally, they help foster responsibility and help prepare students for life outside of our school bubble. :) I use mine to help prepare my students for Student-Led Conferences so that they are prepared to share information with their parents!
Love this resource, can't wait to use it next year! Thank you!

I want to use these folders next year! I'm always looking for the data I collect. I hope this will help me be more organized about it. I think I'm more of a data collector than a teacher at times! Thanks for providing a very useful product!
Hi, Mary! I would report it as a bug to TpT! It appears to be working for everyone else... myself included. :) Maybe something goofy happened with the website when it was downloading. You can report it by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking "Report Bugs".
I have never used the front page for the actual folders. It was created as a cover page for the bundle. I would be happy to email the first page to you as a pdf if you want a copy without my name to use with the files. You can email me at email@example.com.

How do you keep the pages? What kind of folders do you use?
I always have the kids use yellow three-pronged folders for their Data Folders. I three-hole-punch every page so that they can go on the prongs. Any additional work samples are kept in the pockets leading up to Student Led Conferences. It's nothing too fancy, but it works well! :)
