The NO EXCUSES DEADLINE COMMITMENT FORM sharpens a student's ability to hit a due date, not his ability to talk his way out of a hot spot. Especially useful for ADD or other time-challenged students.
This commitment form requires student, parent, and teacher to commit to a plan at the BEGINNING OF THE SEMESTER, or when you feel it is needed.
It removes the hassles, the wrangles, and negotiations out of deadlines.
One-page word document can easily be modified to your grade level requirements. You can make more "kid friendly" with clip art or fun graphics. However, the basic 'down the business' aspect will remain.
