These two graphic organizers engage students in activities that will help them understand adverbs. The two graphic organizers are designed to be used with the book Dearly, Nearly, and Insincerely: What is an Adverb? In one activity, the students find verbs and adjectives within adverbs and in the other activity, the students illustrate adverbs by drawing a variety of lines at different speeds.
