Need to help your students practice dictionary skills?! This unit includes three sets of word cards. Each set has four pairs of guide words and six words that go with each pair of guide words. Each set is color coded by the color of the chick. You can use the sets in two ways: As a literacy work station where the students sort the words under the appropriate guide word pair and record their answers, or as a scoot around the room where the word cards are hidden around the classroom- your choice! Both choices come with separate recording sheets for your students to use.

I think this is my favorite set I have purchased from TpT. My kids loved doing this. I set the cards around the room and put them in teams. It really reinforced a valuable skill (and the birds are so cute). I guess I have a silly question, but where does tunnel fit? Wouldn't it come after tummy?
