Menu Boards, or Choice Boards are a great way to differentiate instruction. This menu board (tic tac toe board) has three columns which are: cell cycle, mitosis, meiosis. Each topic then has three choices for activities from "easy", "medium" and "hard." The activities in the menu board will appeal to different learning styles and ability levels.
