This dominos set has 13 different problems, each dealing with using the distance formula. It contains basic numbers, fractions, decimals, z coordinates, and given distance find the missing coordinate.
It is a great activity and students truly want to complete the dominos set. When cutting it out, cut down the middle dark vertical line ONLY. Each horizontal domino should be cut out also. For ease of grading, I suggest labeling the dominos with letters (don't put it in order or have it say something...kids figure those out too easily).

This is currently my 13th year teaching high school math. I started my career teaching in Quincy, Florida for 2 years. After that I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina for 3 years. I tried it back home where I grew up in Juneau, Alaska for 3 years. After leaving Alaska, I moved back to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where I taught for 4 years and I was the department chair for the last 3 years.
