You will find the fun game of BUZZ. The cards include pre-primer/primer dolch words. Included in the pack are buzz cards.
You can create your own rules, but this is how we play: The kids take turns drawing a card. If they read the word correctly, they keep that card. If they get a buzz card, they lose a turn. The player with the most cards once all cards have been played, wins! You can also have students lose their card when they get a buzz. It is completely up to you. To differentiate the game Students pull out one card. If they can say the word and use it in a sentence, they get the keep the card. If they use it in the sentence they lose a turn.
Just remove the buzz cards and they make great flash cards, word wall words, or small groups.
