After A I purchased this when I attempted to download file it says it could not locate file that it needed to use the interenet. I do have all the necessary programs to open and still will not open. I have emailed the seller and never got a response.

I never could use this - it would not download even after the email. I have never had this issue with TPT before - product looked great and I was exctied to use it , but it would not load.

You must ActivInspire program to open this Flipchart. It was stated in the description of the product. You can download the trial version of the program at prometheanplanet.com. Once you have the program the Flipchart will work. Once you have the program, you must save the program before you try to open it. All of the directions are in the product description.

Do you have ActivInspire for Promethean boards? If you do not, you can download a free personal version at www.prometheanplanet.com. If you have ActivInspire and it's still not working, then yes, I can email it.
