Fill The Frame:
In this ten frame grid game, students use the spinner and fill their frames with acorn counters.
Spin, Count, and Write:
Children use a ten frame mat, a double spinner, and acorn counters to practice simple addition, writing numbers and equations, and comparing total quantities.
Children practice plus one addition with the numeral cards and the ten frame mats.
Five Frame and Ten Frame Match:
Children have the opportunity to match numeral cards to corresponding five and ten frame cards.
Five Frame Dice Match:
Children work in pairs rolling a die, picking a corresponding five frame card and comparing their quantity of matches.
Ten Frame Addition Match:
Children roll a pair of dice, adding the numbers, selecting the corresponding ten frame, and comparing their quantity of matches.
Fill The Box:
Children determine the quantity of acorns that are needed to complete a ten frame or five frame card.
