Product Description: This booklet is designed to introduce early elementary students to a basic concept of art, the Primary Colors. In painting and color mixing, there are three colors that can not be made from any other color. These are referred to as the Primary Colors. The three Primary Colors are Red, Yellow and Blue.
This booklet can be used in several ways:
Independent art activity
Small group activity
Small group activity led by a teacher
The first three chapters will introduce students to the individual colors, with coloring pages and craft ideas, followed by art projects using just the primary colors.
There are a total of 16 art projects that can be easily completed for under $25 for supplies. All supplies can be found at your local craft store and grocery store! A supply list is provided with each activity directions. All 16 projects have been tested with children ages 4 to 10.
