Love this proverb! Gives students a lot to think about! It's part of my April Poems and Songs Packet. In the packet, there are a total of 25 poems/songs to use in the month of April with your primary students. Perfect for your Poetry Binders to help build fluency, buddy reading, or shared reading activities. Two of the selections have been/will be offered as freebies. There's something to meet all needs! Themes included in packet: Easter/Bunnies, Springtime, Rain, Mud, April Fool's Day. Arbor Day (celebrated in 28 states in April), Baseball, and Earth Day. Remember that April is National Poetry Month! NOTE: While this proverb is perfect for older kids, the poetry packet is geared toward primary students only!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I am currently teaching first grade and LOVE it! This is my 10th year with first graders. I've also taught second grade for two years and was a media specialist for nine years. I am a children's author and have published with Scholastic, ABDO/Magic Wagon, Enslow, Carson-Dellosa and Instructor.
