I'm excited to try this next year. I love the icon idea. I need to add drama and ceramics icons. :) Where did you get your icons from? How do you utilize this system to plan ahead? Do you have lesson plans for each week of the year saved on your computer and then print as you go? Thanks for creating this.
Thank you! Yes, I have my lesson plans saved onto my computer by each week. I would suggest saving your lesson plans each week so each school year you do not have to retype everything. You can just pull up each week and make the changes that you need to. It makes planning each year easier and easier if you save your plans weekly. You can add more graphics onto your lesson plan page by simply adding clipart using the Microsoft Word option.

I just bought your template and love the format. I need to create a 3rd page. Did you make a table to create the template? My principal requires more writing in our subject areas so I need to have bigger subject areas and now I don"t have enough.
I used text boxes to create my template. If you need to add a third page - just insert a blank page to the document. Then you could copy and paste the text boxes onto that page. You could resize and move them around if needed too.

I am having the same problem printing. The print preview is blank and it prints blank. Please help!
Is the lesson plan showing up on your computer? If so, you might check to see if it's the printer.

Hi! I love your template. I'm working on my lesson plans and I'm trying to resize a column -- it allows me to do individual boxes when I click into it (I believe it's the text box) but it won't shift the entire column. When I right click it does not show the option of Grouping/ungrouping. What should I do? Thanks!
Yea, it won’t let you resize the entire column at one time since they are all individual text boxes. The easiest way to change it to make it the way you want is to resize and move the first row of text boxes how you want them. Then, delete any extra text boxes or ones that you don’t want. Then just copy and paste what you made on your first row to all the other rows. Hope that makes sense. :)
The lesson plan template was just what I was looking for, but I am not able to delete or cut and paste the specials clip art (music, art and PE) I would like to be able to move the days around according to my schedule. I was able to cut and paste and change the font for everything except those pieces of art.
Right click on the text box, then go to the option GROUPING. Finally click UNGROUP. You should be able to move the clipart around now. Hope that helps!

Thanks so much! When the unit binders are added if you could let me know that would be great! I found some others but like yours better so am willing to wait a bit to get yours. I'm in the process of switching from files to binders and love the setup of yours!
I just bought your lesson plan template. When I opened the document it shows the template but when I print preview the page is blank and when I print the page is blank. Did I do something wrong?
I'm not sure. I haven't had this problem before. Try downloading it again. Make sure when you are making changes to your lesson plan that you click inside each text box to type in it.
