In Spanish! Learn about all of the exciting creatures that inhabit the seas. A reproducible fish cover is included that, when stapled to blank paper and cut out, makes a great writing book for all kinds of stories or reports. The unit also includes page after page of reproducible flash cards featuring pictures and vocabulary words, along with a list of exciting games and activities you can do with the cards. A mini-reading book features the story "Shark!" which is loosely based on the story "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" with a cast of ocean characters. We even include stick puppets from the story so that the students can act it out as a play! The text of the storybook can be adapted for any grade level, or even covered up to allow the students to create their own story based on the pictures!

There are patterns for Shark and Orca (Killer Whale) paper bag puppets. We have included bulletin board border to decorate the classroom and a variety of stationery: a "super-sized" stationery in the form of a giant swordfish, an octopus with eight moveable arms, and a colorful fish!


This book includes many other exciting activities such as a paper plate crab, a headband snorkel, a shell card, and much more. The Ocean unit concludes with two end-of-the-unit certificates: one to send home and one for the classroom "Wall of Fame."

Each page is available as a black & white student reproducible as well as a full color teacher sample.
