I just purchased and printed out your Elapsed Time Mini-Unit. Unfortunately, I only got dashed lines and black lines. I've seen that others have had problems and it sounds like a Mac issue, but I don't use Mac. Any Suggestions?

I followed the link sent to me last night about getting the elapsed time mini unit to open with the words, but it still doesn't work. I can't get the document to open outside of preview. Any other suggestions? I am teaching elapsed time this week.
