I was wondering if on the Power Pix I have seen on the WBT website if there was a purpose behind the mix of colors in some words. I would like to make my own ..... a bit cuter/personalized but I did not want to make them wrong if for example: in a word the two middle letters are red and the rest are black.....
Great question :) The 2 colors break the word into syllables so if it is a one syllable word then it is one color, but a 3 syllable word would be black for the first syllable, then red for the second syllable and black for the third syllable. Hope that helps :)

I am trying to find the power pics with the visuals and gestures to print for m y class. Where can I find them. I searched on WBT, but I must not be looking at the correct sight. Can you please help me? Thanks!
I am so sorry I am just seeing this question! The original PowerPix are on http://www.wholebrainteaching.com/ under Ebooks and the PowerPix with CommonCore Standards are on my blog at http://scrapbunnywbt.blogspot.com/search/label/PowerPics
Hope that helps and again I am so sorry I did not see your question earlier.
