Use this Behavior Log to record student successes and areas to work on! This log includes 3 target behaviors: Following Directions, Staying on Task, and Getting the Teacher's Attention. Log includes easy to see visuals and step by step directions.
This plan is broken up into 2 parts of the day: morning and afternoon. At then end of each part of the day, the student has an opportunity to earn a reward. This is a great incentive to keep those positive behaviors going!
This Log also includes a Parent Contact Log to add to the back of your student's folder.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Hello Teachers! My name is Jillian, and I'm a 2nd grade teacher. I have been teaching 2nd grade for 2 years now. Before that, I've been a tutor, a substitute teacher, and a student myself!
