This is a great tool for parent-teacher conferences. The students fill it out, then the teacher fills out the same sheet so the parents can see both how the student rates him or herself, and can compare it to the teacher's rating. Works very well to initiate conversations, and its great to use if the student is there too!

I currently teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry to 7th and 8th graders in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. I have been teaching since 2004, and I have noticed that many of the units I'm looking for aren't already bundled in a nice package...so I made them myself!
