This 12 page mini-unit includes in book for students to use as an end of the year activity summing up their "favorites", information about themselves, things they've learned, their friends and their teacher. There is also plenty of room for kids to get "signatures and comments" from their classmates and friends.
Additionally, there is a short activity wherein the kids answer questions about their teacher. This little activity always gives me plenty of chuckles as the kids get creative in their answers.
