REVISED with additional alternate lesson plan format!! A lesson plan template created by Sarah Allred, for classroom lesson plans using the Common Core State Standards. Template may be used for any grade level K-12. The template includes spaces for the teacher to address the standard, and cluster being taught as well as revised Blooms verbs, 6 shifts in literacy, 21st Century Learner skills, student grouping, differentiation, and technology use. It also includes space for Esssential Questions or I Can statements and a lesson's Big Idea. This template is a MS Word form. It can be printed and filled in by hand, or the gray fields can be typed in and then saved and/or printed out.

Hello, I bought this product but would you have this template completed as an example. I am new to CC and the Level 2, Level 3 and verb section confuses me. Is it possible to see how one can be filled out appropriately?

I recently purchased your ELA CC Lesson Plan and this morning I saw that you had an update to it so I opened it without saving it and now I don't know where it is, and that new revised notification is no longer flashing on the TpT download section. Could you please resend that revised version to me so I can save it? Also, can you tell me the difference between the original one and the revised one? I wasn't looking at them side by side to see the difference. I really do like the format though. Thanks so much. Have a good day.

I included in the zip file both the original and new revision that way users could choose which they like best.As long as you purchased within the last 30 days you should just be able to redownload. Try that, and if you have trouble downloading again, I can send to your email.
