These "Exit Tickets" can be used at the end of a lesson to quickly assess student understanding of the lesson. I use this as a quick two minute closure sometimes and it does wonders in helping drive my instruction for the next day's lesson! The kids simply fill out a card (each card has a different prompt) regarding what they learned in the day's lesson. At the end of the lesson, they hand in the cards to me so I can review them!
