Included are TWO activities to use with the picture book "Encounter" by Jane Yolen. This picture book shows the true colors of famous explorer Christopher Columbus and his treatment of the native American Taino tribe. It is great to use in time for the Columbus day holiday weekend. (Please keep in mind that TPT changes the margins so the visual may look distorted. Simply change the margins when you receive. If there are any problems, please contact me and I will email a corrected version when payment is received.)
