This is a graphic organizer that I have created for my students to browse and make predictions with expository text. Early in the year, this is a highly structured practice piece. Later on, it becomes a guided practice piece for partner work. After the groups have spent sufficient time on the task, we share out and add to and/or change answers. While reading the selection, it is a great tool to refer back to in order to see how accurate our predictions were.
