Uses color and animation to show how to rearrange the parts of the sentence to use both "hace que" and "desde hace".
Has slides with practices that students can do in their notebook and also has students create questions in the tú form that they will ask their partners (who will respond in the yo form) and then they'll write down those answers in the él/ella form.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I currently teach Spanish 1 to grades 7-10. I taught two years of high school Spanish in the Northern Mariana Islands (levels 1 and 2) and now teach in Washington State. This upcoming year I will be teaching grades 6-8 Spanish. I served in the US Peace Corps in El Salvador from 2004-2006. I studied in Ecuador for 1 year, 2002-2003. I volunteered with Amigos de las Americas in the Dominican Republic for 2 months (2000) and then served on the training team and board of directors for the Seattle Chapter (2007-2009). I have travelled to all of the countries in Central America, along with Dominican Republic, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, and have now been to Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Thailand. We try to visit our family in El Salvador each year for at least a few weeks.
