Hey these are great! I have downloaded and saved, when I insert the frame into the word document as a picture it shows up. It will not let me put a text box on top however. (I am using a mac) Any idea of how to fix this?

I do not deal with Mac computers, but you will most likely need to change the settings for the frame positioning. Make sure to set the position to "move to back" or "behind text". I am not sure if these are options for you, but I hope this helps.. (-;

You need to download the zipped file and save the zipped file somewhere on your computer that will be easy to locate. Once the file is saved, you will then extract or UN-zip the file and save the images within the same folder where you saved the zipped file. Once the images are un-zipped, you will use them like you would clip art.
I hope this helps. I am not sure what program or operating system your computer is, so you can always Google, "how to insert png images ...." and complete that sentence with the program you are using.

Thank you! Just use the frames can be used the same as using any other clip art images. Just insert the image into a PPT or Word document, add a text box and then type directly over the frame.
