I love your products and find the very useful in my 3rd grade class. However, sometimes when I download your products the font is missing or it comes out in a black square. Is there anything I can do to fix this. I use word for apple and pc. Thank you! Kellie

Hi Kellie! Thanks for the sweet comments about my products. What you're experiencing is actually an easy fix. Here's what the TpT download/purchases page says:
"If you purchased a PDF and it is after you open it, solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, open the file with ADOBE READER. That's it. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and NOT Preview. If it's still blurry, that's because you are still opening it with Preview!"
I had the same issue when I first got my Mac, but followed these steps. Problem solved! Hope this helps you. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll be glad to assist you further. :)
