Students will use the first page to:
- design three monsters
- give descriptions of each (as seen in the text)
Students will use the second page to:
- tell which monster they choose
- why they choose that monster
- write a short story about themselves and their monster

This is such a cute idea. I wanted to show it to the students in my Children's Lit class; however, I can't get the words to print. I just get black lines where your words are. Graphics print but not the words.

Hi Sarah! Thanks for your interest in the writing activity. Sorry you're experiencing some issues. Actually, what you're experiencing is an easy fix. Here's what the TpT download/purchases page says:
"If you purchased a PDF and it is after you open it, solve it this way: on a MAC or PC, install the latest version of ADOBE READER. Then, open the file with ADOBE READER. That's it. On a MAC, make sure to "Open With" ADOBE READER and NOT Preview. If it's still blurry, that's because you are still opening it with Preview!"
I had the same issue when I first got my Mac, but followed these steps. Problem solved! Hope this helps you. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll be glad to assist you further. :)
