My students always love to play "I have...Who has..?" games! I have made several different versions to help my students review everything from numbers, letters, CVC words, addition etc. It is a short, fun game perfect for transitions or those extra few minutes between subjects. Also great for indoor recess!
However, I have found that some of my students come to me with a very limited knowledge base, particularly my ELL students. For that reason I created this picture version of "I have...Who has..?" to help all of my students learn the game format. Once they get used to playing the game without any reading required, I can then transition to a number version or alphabet version (in kindergarten) with less difficulty and frustration for my students!
I created this version with pictures of basic school supplies and items commonly seen in a regular classroom. I hope you enjoy this freebie and please come check out my blog, Herding Kats In Kindergarten, for more ideas and freebies!

Cute! I love the way the children will need to come up with the descriptive words to tell what's on their cards and to focus on listening to what is being said, to see if they have it!! Great idea!!

My kids love playing this kind of game. Great way to introduce it at the beginning of the year. Thanks
Thank you for creating the perfect intro to "I have...Who has?". I have enjoyed playing this game with my kinders and now I can start from day one!

Thank you so much! This will be perfect for the beginning of the year, especially with my little ones with very limited English...what a great way to introduce school vocabulary! :) I love your blog, and appreciate the "freebie!"

I started out in kindergarten, but this year I got "promoted" to 1st grade! I am loving my firsties but still crossing my fingers that I get to go back down to kindergarten next year. I create mostly for kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms.
