We go together like peanut butter & jelly!
This fun game consists of 30 cards of 15 famous pairs: peanut butter & jelly, Robin Hood & Maid Marion, Beauty & the Beast, bacon & eggs... ETC!
You could laminate the cards to make a matching "Memory" game for younger students, or use them as an "Ice Breaker" getting to know you game (instructions and questions worksheet included!)for students grades 4-12.

After reading another teacher's comment, I use these for picking partners in class. I have more students than cards, but then we have jelly 1 and jelly 2. and I printed another set to use with my young niece who loves to play matching games.

I know, genius, right?! It's such a great idea! I love the "jelly 1" and "jelly 2" idea! lol It reminds me of "Thing 1" and "Thing 2!"

These are very clever. I would use them just to pair students up for a partner activity too. I wish the file were editable so I could type the words in the target language; I'll have to do it in marker instead.
