This printable file contains the color-coded pieces to create a clip chart for behavior management. The clip chart behavior system enables students to not only move down for poor behavior choices, but also gives students opportunities to move up for good behavior choices. Simply print these files (plus the narrower, rainbow-colored header on page 1), attach to posterboard vertically (pink at the top, then purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red), then laminate. Each student moves a clothespin attached to the sides of the clip chart to track his/her behavior through the day. Assign rewards or consequences appropriate for your classroom and students.

The clipchart works so well in my class, and I think this one is the cutest in the teacher store.
On many clipcharts, the green section is much taller than the others to accommodate a class full of clips at the beginning of each day.
I wish this one had a longer middle section too, even if it printed across two sheets of paper and I had to tape it together before I laminated my clip chart. =)
I really like this chart - better than some of the others I have purchased to find out they weren't what I was looking for. The colors are pretty and bright. I just prefer different wording, but will make this one work for now. Thanks for sharing!

Hi,
All your products are sooo cute! My school requires everyone to use specific colors on our clip chart. Is there anyway you could make another section with dark green and title it slow down?
Thanks so much!!!!

I see that you responded to another person that you could not make this file editable, but is there any way that you could edit it and email me the revision? I like the headings from the green label and below - just would like it to go up with the headings: Great Job, Way to go, and Outstanding! Please let me know if this is possible. I really like this chart because it is colorful and bright. Thank you for your time.

I have a similar question....I use the same colors..but a little different wording...do you have an editable version you would be willing to share, or can I send you the words and you can do it and send it to me??
Hi! I would love to make the file editable, but the terms of use for the companies I purchased the backgrounds and frames from state that the images must be locked in PDF files. Sorry for the inconvenience!!

I love this beautiful clip chart! The other teachers love it too. They're going to print it out. ;) Your creations are lovely!
I have a small problem I hope you can help me out with. I need to extend the green section horizontally or vertically so that everyone's clips will fit on the "Ready to Learn" section. I could do this if you could send me a page to print of just the green section without the white label in the middle.
Is there any way you could send this to me? My email is jessicad.chambers@scottcounty.net
Thanks so much for your help, and thanks for this adorable free resource! =)
Hi Jessica! The green section is as large as I can fit it on the page if the chart is horizontal. I didn't make the chart vertical because it would be VERY long (I have it hung as it is and it is pretty long, even in a horizontal orientation). If all your clips aren't fitting there, you might want to try putting each section of the clip chart onto its own piece of posterboard or cardstock, laminating, then using binder rings to attach each section of the chart (kind of like a chain). That way kids could put their clips all the way around the section. Does that make sense?
