Start the school year out right by rewarding students for making SMART choices! Students will write their name on the smart chart if they get caught making smart choices (raising hand, walking in the halls, sitting quietly at the rug, etc.) At the end of the day, pull a letter and a number stick to find out who the winner is and let them spin the prize spinner for their reward. Then send home a note to mom and dad to let them know about their child's smart choices.
Included:
-SMART chart poster
-letters and numbers for drawing a winner
-Label for Smart Chart Jar
-Spin a Prize Spinner (two versions with or without gum)
-Parent Notes to let them know about their child's "smart" choices
We love this idea Christie! The no-cost rewards are just perfect and the kids will love them. We are certainly adding this to our bag of tricks! Thanks for sharing :)
Thank you Christy & Tammy! I hope you enjoy it! You made my day :-)

This so so cute and a great idea! I will definitely use it next year! The only problem is my school strictly forbids chewing gum so I will have to think of something different for that space. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! I'd e happy to make mother version for you! Let me know! Also, we don't chew gum at my school either so I only let them chew it for 30 minutes. I'll be thinking!! Thanks again!

Christie,
My class does the Flat Stanley project and I still need Ut. to send to. Would your class or a class at your school be interested? We are trying again this year for all 50 states.
We are in NM, 20 min. from Whitesands. My daughter was born in Ut at the base 30 years ago.
Think about it. Betty.Jackson@aps4kids.org
Thanks,
Betty
I previously taught 1st grade for five years and recently just switched to half day Kindergarten so I can stay home with my little girl. I love being a teacher!
